The IPS Surf Squad
Established in 2019 by professional wake surfer Ian Scott, IPS Surf was born out of a passion, love of the water, and a recognized gap in the water sports industry. After a decade of surfing competitively, Ian identified that the industry adopts a one-size-fits-all approach where you're simply treated as a number.
Some services, which are usually taken for granted in this sector, are not delivered at the same level as they should be. Ian created IPS Surf to tackle this problem.
Ian Scott
Founder and CEO of IPS Surf, Ian has been dedicated to water sports since the age of 3. As a professional wake surfer, he has won numerous accolades such as the 2015 winner of the USA National Wakesurf Championship and World Wake Surfing Championship.
Jake Caster
A professional wake surfer and childhood friend of Ian, Jake was named the 2017 World Wake Surfing Champion in the Men's Pro Skim Division. In addition to his involvement with IPS Surf, Jake also owns his own clothing and lifestyle brand, Live Wicked.
